Cancellation Policy for UpWear

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment:

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellation:
    • You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. Simply visit your order history in your account dashboard, select the order you wish to cancel, and follow the cancellation instructions.
    • If the payment has already been made, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Platform-Initiated Cancellation:
    • UpWear reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances such as unavailability of stock, issues with payment processing, or any other reason. In such cases, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

2. Order Cancellation After Shipment:

  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return or exchange as per our Return and Exchange Policy.
  • If you refuse delivery of the package, the return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

3. Refund Processing:

  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the cancellation is confirmed.

4. Non-Cancellable Items:

  • Certain items are non-cancellable due to their nature, such as personalized or custom-made products. These items will be clearly marked as non-cancellable on the product page.

  • UpWear reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website, and the updated policy will be effective immediately.
